Sahana is supported by a global community. Below are the standard ways of getting help based on what you are looking for:

  • Support on using and administering Sahana
  • For help in understanding the Sahana user interface and how to apply it for your requirements:

  • 3. Live Chat - Point out the question to members of the Sahana community chat channel at:

  • 4. sahana-user mailing list - Whilst waiting to see if anyone in the channel is available to talk to you, send the question to the list (pointing to the question in LaunchPad so that it can be updated there). This may often be more effective as the community are dispersed globally in different timezones. To be able to send mails here you first need to join the mailing list:
